These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trenton Tree Service website and any tree care services we provide. By using our website or hiring us for work, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Trenton Tree Service provides tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, emergency tree work, and related tree care services in Trenton, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. All work is performed by our licensed and insured crews.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are free and provided without obligation. A quoted price is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the conditions visible at the time of the estimate. If hidden conditions (such as buried hazards, internal decay, or access issues) materially change the scope of work, we will discuss any price adjustment with you before proceeding.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We schedule work based on weather, crew availability, and emergency demand. Storm events, safety conditions, or equipment issues may cause us to reschedule, and we will give you as much notice as possible. You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency job by calling us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Property Access and Responsibility
By hiring us, you confirm that you are the owner of the property or have permission from the owner to authorize the work. You are responsible for marking or identifying any private utility lines (irrigation, low-voltage lighting, septic, invisible fences, etc.) before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private utilities.
Permits
Some municipalities require permits for tree removal. You are responsible for confirming any permit requirements for your property unless we have agreed in writing to handle them on your behalf.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other terms are agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to reasonable collection fees.
Insurance
We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request before work begins.
Limitation of Liability
We perform our work using accepted industry practices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or factors outside our reasonable control.
